Brasfield Technology Expands Staff

Birmingham, Ala., Dec. 21, 2005 –- Brasfield Technology, LLC, a Metavante
company and technology provider to community financial institutions, has
added several new key staff members.

Richard A. Ellis, Jr. has joined Brasfield as a controller. He will be
responsible for various accounting and financial duties within the
organization.

Ellis is a CPA and was formerly the controller for Evans Services Inc.
where, as a supervisor, he was responsible for accounting, human resources,
inventory, and numerous other aspects of the company. Ellis has prior
experience as assistant controller for Décor Grauvure Corporation, as a
corporate accountant for Eastern Health System, Inc., and as a senior
accountant for HealthSouth Corporation.

Ellis obtained a bachelor of science in business administration from
Jacksonville State University and his accounting equivalency from the
University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Alabama Society of Certified
Public Accountants.

Andrew Vernon has joined Brasfield as a systems engineer. He will work on
projects for Brasfield pertaining to networks and systems security. Vernon
started his career with one of central Alabama’s first ISP’s, managing a
diverse network of Linux and Windows servers supporting a customer base of
T1, DSL, ISDN and V.90 dial-up users throughout the state. In that
position, he set customer service and support standards while providing
reliable web hosting, e-mail and co-location to an increasingly
sophisticated customer base. After leaving the service provider industry
in 2000, Vernon administered a server farm for a regional advertising
agency’s interactive unit and was later responsible for managing the
corporate network. Vernon returned to the service provider arena in 2004
for a managed service and hosting provider.

Vernon attended the University of Alabama’s College of Communication and
Information Sciences.

Michael Boaz has joined Brasfield as a data center operator. Boaz’s
responsibilities will include processing ACH Fed files, processing proof
files, and assisting Brasfield customers with support queries.

Boaz has previous experience in telecommunications sales and is currently
working towards a degree in network engineering and security systems.
