BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — SourceMedical, a leader in information management solutions for outpatient and diagnostic imaging centers, today announced new contract signings for the company’s SourceRad solution. Both Nueterra Healthcare, LLC, a leading provider of development and management services to surgical facilities, and Regent Surgical Health, a developer and manager of surgery centers and physician-owned hospitals around the country, have signed master service agreements.
Nueterra Healthcare’s Surgical Institute of Reading in Reading, Pa. and Webster Surgical Specialty Hospital in Webster, Texas will be the first of several facilities to go live with the systems, and will incorporate the company’s Web-based RIS/PACS software solutions and long-term archiving services.
Also, Regent Surgical Health will have SourceRad RIS installed at Medical Center at Elizabeth Place, a 26-bed, physician-owned hospital in Dayton, Ohio. They have also installed a Web-based PACS to Sound Medical of Puyallup, Wash., already an existing SourceRad RIS user.
“We take great pride in the tremendous traction we have gained with our company’s SourceRad line of RIS/PACS/Billing solutions,” said Ralph Riccardi, president and COO of SourceMedical’s Radiology division. “SourceRad represents a critical element in helping healthcare providers improve clinical and administrative processes, and we are looking forward to successful relationships with both Nueterra Healthcare’s and Regent Surgical Health’s facilities.”
