IPSA presents: Mobile 2.0 & The Amazing Technicolor Dream You

Mobile 2.0. That's what it's all about. Kinda like the hokey-pokey.

The Internet Professionals Society of Alabama (IPSA) will hold its next meeting this Thursday, September 13, at 11:30 am at the McWane Science Center.

Speaker: Chris Rue MCSE, MCSA: Messaging, MCTS: Mobile, MVP

Synopsis: Join us for our next meeting, where Chris Rue will talk to us about mobility, where it should go, and why we should care. We’ll discuss several platforms currently available, including PalmOS, BlackberryOS, Symbian, Windows Mobile, OSX, and the latest rumors from Mountain View.

Bio: Chris Rue is President and CEO of Black Warrior Technology, LLC, a solutions provider specializing in mobile device integration, deployment, management and training. Chris founded Alabama SMB, an IT user group focused on the small and medium business sector, in 2005. In 2007, Chris was named a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Small Business Server. Chris blogs regularly on mobility and other IT topics at www.chrisrue.com, and hosts a forum at www.chrisrue.com/funboard.

RSVP: There is no cost to attend, but you must RSVP via IPSA’s website if you plan to be there. Lunch is available from McWane Center at a cost of $10 (must order by noon of Tuesday, September 11).
